By reserving a seat at The Pasta Class, I confirm on behalf of myself and anyone in my party that:

• Allergies & food. I've disclosed any food allergies or dietary restrictions. I understand La Terrazza cannot accommodate allergies at this time, that food is prepared in a shared space where allergens are present, and that I take part at my own risk.
• Assumption of risk. This is a hands-on cooking class involving knives, hot surfaces, and boiling water, held on a private elevated rooftop terrace. I understand these risks and choose to participate voluntarily.
• General liability & hold harmless. I accept general liability for this private rooftop setting and agree to hold La Terrazza, Danielle D'Ambrosio, and the property owners harmless for any and all injuries, illness, or loss of property arising in the building or during the class, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Follow instructions. I'll follow the host's safety guidance and use the hand-washing station on arrival and throughout class, and I won't attend if I'm feeling unwell or contagious.
• Outdoor conditions. I understand this is an outdoor class and will plan for my own sun safety and hydration (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water).
• Alcohol. A light aperitivo and wine are served. If I choose to drink, I confirm I am 21 or older and will do so responsibly.
• Minors. Guests must be 12 or older. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult who accepts responsibility for them.
• Photo release. I consent to occasional photos or video for La Terrazza's social media and marketing, with no compensation. (Prefer not to appear? Just let Danielle know at class.)
• Cancellation. I understand cancellations require at least 7 days' notice for a full refund, with no refunds offered after that point.
